oqyude f61d45a279 termux-api: set CMAKE_POLICY_VERSION_MINIMUM=3.5 
Upstream CMakeLists.txt declares cmake_minimum_required(3.0.0), but modern
CMake removed compatibility with < 3.5 and refuses to configure.
